Data Deletion

Instructions for deleting your Trackee account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with your profile:

  • Your profile — name, email, avatar, and preferences
  • All personal expenses, incomes, and transactions
  • Personal budgets and bill records
  • Your membership in all groups
  • Settlements and activity history linked to your account

Group expenses you created will remain visible to other members with your name anonymised, so existing balances are preserved for them.

How to delete your data

To delete your account, sign in first and then return to this page, or follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in at trackee.app/auth/login
  2. Return to this page at trackee.app/data-deletion
  3. Click the Delete my account button and confirm

Alternatively, email us at jbdeguzman327@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request and we will process it within 30 days.
